ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and we’ve grown into a dedicated team of five. I started my career with State Farm right out of college, and after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, I knew this was the industry where I wanted to build my future. My husband also works for State Farm, and together with our daughter and two dogs, we’ve made this work both a family passion and a long-term commitment.
I offer 15 days of PTO, group life coverage, health insurance for employees, and full licensing reimbursement. In the office, I focus on building a team that enjoys a true work hard/play hard environment. I value strong work ethic, confidence when talking to people, and a healthy sense of competition. We’re a diverse, supportive group that aims high and celebrates big when we hit our goals.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 5238 Peachtree Rd, Suite 110, Chamblee GA 30341.
- Our office is open 9-5 PM Monday - Friday.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
